Aurora Somnacanth

This subspecies of Somnacanth resembles a frighteningly beautiful phantasm veiled in frost. It uses the cold that emanates from its body to freeze surfaces, on which it swiftly chases down prey.

Full of Cold Air: Some large monsters contain a type of organ called a cryo sac that emanates cold air from the body. The Aurora Somnacanth's cryo sac functions similarly to that of the Goss Harag and others.

Frozen Locks: Frost lines the edges of the grey mantle, which can be used to hide its head. A pattern reminiscent of snowflakes covers the body and glows brilliantly when the monster is angered.
