Brachydios

An aggressive species of Brute Wyvern with a deep-blue carapace. The volatile green slime covering its head and powerful forearms can be primed to explode by a chemical agent in its saliva.

Living with Slime Mold: A symbiotic slime grows on the head and forelegs of the Brachydios. Impacts cause the ooze to change from green to yellow to red before it explodes, scattering spores and dispatching enemies.

Enraged Invigoration: Although a slime mold covers this creature's entire body, the mold is only visible on the head and forelegs. Angering this monster activates the mold and causes its entire body to turn yellow.
