These juvenile Rakna-Kadaki cling to their mother's abdomen and primarily feed off scraps of regurgitated prey. Covered in silk, they can almost be mistaken for large cotton balls.
Obedient Offspring: It can spin silk as strong as its parent's right after birth. When ordered to, it will ensnare prey with silk before using those threads to draw the catch to its large, lumbering mother.
Working Up an Appetite: The glowgut found within Rakna-Kadaki abdomens is a light-emitting organ that generates the heat necessary for incubating and hatching Rachnoids. Maintaining this heat requires a great deal of food.
