Organs for Rearing Young: Protective poison spikes protrude from this monster's body. While its chin spike might look equally threatening, it is actually used to deliver chewed food while nursing juveniles.

Egg Guardian: Before becoming endangered, records show that Rathian would raise young with a mate. Even now, they mercilessly assail any threat to their eggs, suggesting they retain some vestige of this habit.
